Valentine’s Day is one month from today (February 14th) and to celebrate we are releasing a new limited-edition cookie flavor. We want your ideas for a luscious, delicious, festive cookie of love, you can even name it. If we pick your cookie flavor, you’ll win a dozen free cookies from Alexandra’s Cookie Dreams. Please write your ideas here in our “comments” section or post them on Alexandra’s Cookie Dreams Facebook page.

I’m Nuttin’ without U!
A chewy stuffed Peanut Butter Cookie (made with creamy PB but with toasted pecans and walnuts rolled in) with a creamy PB center and then half of each cookie dipped in milk chocolate and sprinkled with crushed Reese’s PB cups or pieces.

hi alexandra! i am an avid reader (and commenter) on anna’s cookie madness website. i read about your creations and am excited to be able to offer a suggestion for a valentine’s day cookie creation.
i would like to suggest a cookie i call “love at first bite”
it would be a chocolate brownie-type cookie dough with ghiradelli white chocolate chips and fresh raspberries (or a high quality raspberry preserve/conserve) with a splash of espresso or kahlua liqueur to highten the chocolate falvour - if using preserves/conserves i would make it as a thumb-print style cookie.

Details: Dark Chocolate cookie dough with dark chocolate chips, with strawberry sauce (not strawberry jam - maybe more syrupy, with stronger tang added with lemon juice or zest, and less intense-sugar flavor). I think the cookie dough should not be overly sweet but still buttry and rich. The dark chocolate chips, especially depending on the cocoa %, will compose a satisfying and warm sweetness, while accentuating the strawberry sauce flavor and taste.
